There are a lot of enquiries asking whether it's possible to use the ECT shopping cart system to take phone orders with. One way to do this would be to manually place an order yourself on behalf of the customer - but this can be very time consuming and inefficient.
This mod will make life much easier allowing you to select the products the customer wants from the admin area and then simply enter their details and payment info. All information will be stored as any other order is.
