A lack of information about a specific product can cost you potential sales. The Customer Question module is an excellent Addon to help with your site's Customer Service and usability side.
On each product detail page, the user can have the option of asking a question directly about this product. You can see an example below where it says '...Ask a question about this addon'. When they fill in the details, the relevant product details plus their question will be emailed to your inbox ready for you to respond to and catch that sale!
